And plus 0.5cm if the foot is thin ,plus 1cm if the foot is thick .Then choose the inner length accordingly to match the size .For example ,if your foot length is 15.8cm plus 0.5cm equal to 16.3cm,so you need choose 24 size if your foot is thin or choose 16.8cm(15.8+1) i.e 25 size if your foot is thick.
